Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday criticised the culture of agitations and delays in implementation of projects and spoke about reigniting the manufacturing sector.
Speaking at a public meeting in Paradip after inaugurating a greenfield oil refinery of Indian Oil Corporation, he blamed the earlier Congress government for delays in implementation of plans. The NDA government was trying to bring in a culture of implementing projects on time. Unnecessary processes delayed projects, thus affecting the people.
